What is Indya’s return & exchange policy? How does it work?

As all our styles are Made to Order, returns and exchanges are not applicable. Each piece is crafted especially for you once the order is placed. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, you may reach out to us at wholesale@faballey.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9220602634 within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you.

  1. Indya Jewelry and any customized items altered as per body measurements are not eligible for returns.
  2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
  3. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Indya’s website, mobile site, or app. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  4. The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges.
  5. If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy
  6. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Indya account.
  7. Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
  8. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
  9. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return

I have received store credits how do I redeem them while placing an order?

Please sign in with your registered email ID to view and utilize your store credits. On the checkout page, a store credit tab will reflect your store credits. Here, the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits.

What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from Indya?

For any defective/damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with images of the product received. Kindly get in touch with us at wholesale@faballey.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9220602634. We will then investigate the case and provide the best available resolution.

  1. You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
  2. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
  3. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.

Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
